Hello my crafty friends. It has been a long time since I last blogged. I want to share some of the projects I have done. It has been a long week but can't complain. without further ado, here they are.

This is my altered clip board for the Craft Hole on Face Book. I started by sanding the clip board smooth and painted it in black acrylic paint by Apple Barrel. I took the clip part off and stained it in Tim Holtz alcohol inks. You can't see how it how it turned out as I changed my mind and covered it. I used my most favorite paper line, Graphic 45,  Steampunk Spells.
I covered the board with this awesome paper that killed me to cut but cut I did. I stopped crying after a bit. From there, I took the beautiful coordinating punch out flowers and banners. I strung the banner flags on some just twine with bows on each end. I then chose the flowers I wanted to embellish the clip board with. Inked with black soot distress ink,by non other then Tim Holtz, assembled them ( so cute)  . Does that not sound great together or what, G45 and Tim Holtz.  I also adorned it with two of my macaw parrot's feathers and one white feather from my snow white goose Tony and stained the center of the white feather with TH's   alcohol inks. it's the reddish one on the far right bottom. I had a little, tiny glass bottle with a cork ( got them off eBay) and filled it with TH's reinker in vintage photo, Glossy accented the cork so no spills could happen and set it between the two blue feathers. I then fussy cut out a tiny skull and cross bones from the same paper and used Aleens clear craft glue. Added a key charm , a metal corner accent to the left bottom corner and then added the thick chip board medallion to the clip. Ahhhh, done. Let me know what you think.

This project was a challenge on The Craft Hole  swap group on Face Book , A altered tin . This took some time to assembled as I was changing my mind every time I turned around. I love the little animals I bought at the dollar store for a 1.00 for a nice size bag of them. Of course I had to alter them to.
